Quentin cheering for Obama

THINK PINK!

It's a girl!!! We are so very excited to know that we are welcoming a little lady into the world. We just had our 5 month check up and everything is going great. I am finally feeling better and getting out of the house more. I have lost at least 15 pounds, the doctor thinks it is a little more, not exactly what I was thinking was going to happen. I am starting to feel her move around more, I think she is a night owl. We have decided to name her Chloe Nicole Clark. Our delivery date is still set for March 4th, but if she's anything like her big brother she wont wait that long. I think my children might have inherited my impatience. I just had an ultrasound so I plan on giving you all a look at her first photo shoot.;)

I Love My Husband!

I don't think that I could ask for more in a husband. It's true, he knows me better and takes better care of me then I could have ever dreamed. Pregnancy is not agreeing with me nearly as well as it did the first time around and as much as it is a problem for me the greater inconvenience falls on Jeff and Quentin. Jeff never fails though, it's almost as if he were super human. Even though he works all day and coaches at night he is always there to let me sleep, pick up around the house and rub my feet when they hurt. And the sweetest part is, he never complains, I don't think he even notices sometimes how much he is holding everything together. I just wanted everyone to know how wonderful I think he is and how very blessed I am.

On a lighter note...I am feeling better. It could just be that Jeff surprised me with a Nintendo Wii! I have been wanting one because I think it is so much fun and Quentin dances around us when we play. The only bad game is golf and that's only because my Tiger Woods character plays as bad as I do. But I do love, love , love to play some tennis.

Our new little one seems to being doing well. We have our next appointment with the doctor next Thursday and I am hoping that he will sent us up for the ultra sound soon so we can find out what gender this little one is. I like Lisa Potts an a PLANNER! I love getting everything ready and bonding with the baby. Quentin is trying to figure out how there is a baby in Mommy's tummy but he has figured out he likes loving the baby. He just gets sweeter everyday and it just makes me more excited for another one. But until March I will enjoy every moment I have with my boys.

We're Having A Baby!

For those of you who haven't heard....we are expecting another baby! I can't begin to tell you how excited we are, but I'll sure give it a shot. I found out I was pregnant shortly after I found out that I had mono..what a combo I know.
We had our first doctor's visit and found out that this little one will be joining us somewhere around March 4Th. And yes, we will be finding out the sex of the baby ASAP! For those of you who know me really well, you know I have NO patience what so ever. I can already tell this pregnancy is going to go much faster than the last, Quentin is keeping me very busy. I am enjoying every precious unshared moment with him.

Where does the time go....
I just thought that I should let you all know that I am still here. I know that we all struggle with the time to get everything done so I wont waist your time with excuses as to why I haven't been blogging. What I will do is fill you in as to what the family has been up doing.
About three weeks ago now I got braces. Yes...braces! With only a couple of weeks till my 29Th birthday I decided to swallow my pride and put them on. I will spare you the silly pictures. Needless to say Jeff and Quentin (as well as the rest of the family) have had a good laugh. Quentin smiles really big at me trying to get me to show them to him, it's very cute. Maybe I'll post some pictures when I get a bit more use to them.
And as if I wasn't feeling reminiscent of my adolescents enough...I just found out this week that I have mono. Can you believe it? Who gets mono at my age? I must have had it for a couple of weeks without knowing but it finally put me in the doctor's office. I think the funniest part was him asking me if I had been tired lately...obviously he doesn't have children. Truthfully, I am feeling much better and don't think it is going to keep me down that long, Quentin is great medicine. Not to mention a fabulous husband who has blown me away at what a great single parent he has been this last week. He never stops amazing me.

A NEW LOOK !

I just thought I would say a quick hello since it has been so long since I have added to my blog. I even missed out on the welcome back party for Matt and Mel! Oh well, I am back and truthfuly, I'm not up to a lot. Jeff just finished up with another season of girls water polo, and it pains me to report that they came in at sixth. It didn't seem to get Quentin down though, he cheered for those girls like they came in first. He loved going to the pool during practice and blowing the whistle at the girls. It's cute now, but in a few years it could be troulbe. We have givin Quentin a new look for the summer, we gave him a mohawk. I know it sounds crazy, but I think he pulls it off! When it's not spiked up it looks like I signed him up for the army. It's cute no matter what.

We caught the bug!
Well it stared with the little one but took over the entire family. At first I thought it was just teething but it was truly a cold. Luckily for me I didn't start to get it till the boys were almost over it. No amount of airborne could keep me healthy around these two. No worries, one of these days I'll take time out to find and immune system. Even with as sick as we have been Quentin has discovered a new way to "Love". He loves giving kisses on the forehead. And by kisses I mean those open mouth slobbery kisses that only a little one can give you. Funny thing is, no matter how slobbery they get you can't figure out how you every got through a day without one. So every night I come home from work and we eat our dinner and play our little hearts out and then somewhere after bath time but before bedtime he finds the time to grab my face with both his precious little hands and gives me one of those wondrous kisses.

My little male model!

We just learned to cheer...Yeah Quentin!

How can you not just fall madly in love with this face!

We're Back!!!

I am so very sorry to all you bloggers out there for abandoning my blog for so long, but I am back.

This last year has gone by so very fast for me. Quentin is amazing!! I just don't have enough hours in the day to be with him. Just when we think he can't get any better, he does!

We had a blast celebrating his first birthday with our family. We even had some of my family fly up from California to be with us for the special day. It was so much fun having all that love in one house for a day. Quentin was in true form for the party, what a little showman! He loves all the attention, especially when you surround him with 40 people who adore him.

Needless to say Jeff and I are loving being parents.

Jeff has started another season of girls water polo. We always look forward to each season and all the fun that comes along with the girls. This year has been an especially fun start with taking Quentin to practice once a week so he gets to know the team. Jeff has such a proud papa look about him when he is carrying Quentin around the pool. Quentin just loves being with daddy and blowing his whistle and throwing the polo ball. Here's hoping Quentin is a good luck charm for the team this season.

Other than keeping up with Quentin and Jeff, I don't seem to do much. I am still working at the video store with the family. I feel like there isn't much to say when it comes to me, but I guess that's the life of a wife and mother.
